Richard Raines had been my auto mechanic for many years. My Dad took our cars to him when they needed fixing. As a kid, I remember he and my Dad sitting around for a while, shooting the bull at his shop. He was a good, honest, very hard working man, who always took care of my auto needs. Not long ago, I had to leave my car overnight with him for some repair work, and while waiting for my wife to pick me up, decided to take some pictures. I was very pleased with the results. A day in the life of an auto mechanic. Sadly, Richard passed away in October of 2019. He will be missed.
